Products on sale are final markdowns and are not returnable. Although we expect you will be totally satisfied with our products and service, we have a no questions asked return policy on regularly priced products. Novelty House accepts returns within 30 days of shipping. Please insert a copy of your invoice with your returns. We will refund 100% of the cost of the products returned excluding shipping costs. Credit card credits and PayPal refunds are issued within one business day of the receipt of your returns. Novelty House confirms the receipt of all returns by either e-mail, mail, or phone. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
Return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee is charged for packages not accepted upon delivery or deemed undeliverable are deducted from the product refund. If the outbound shipping was free then the shipping cost is also deducted from the product refund.
A 15% restocking fee is charged on returns over $100.
